Product Quality: We take great care in ensuring that all our brass murti are of high quality and crafted with exquisite attention to detail. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the customer. The refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping fees.
Exchange: We do not offer exchanges for any items. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order through our website or visit our store in person.
